皆さんが知っているように、私のプレゼンテーションのトピックは「皮蛋（ピータン）」です。

プレゼンテーションの開始時（かいしじ）に、皆に何が皮蛋であることお教えてくれます。

それから、いろいろなところの皮蛋の食べ方（たべかた）を話します。たとえば、台湾人

（たいわんじん）は自分（じぶん）の方法（ほうほう）を持っています。中国人（ちゅう

ごくじん）も自分の方法を持っています。

次は皮蛋の作り方（つくりかた）、伝統的な（でんとうてきな）も近代的な（きんだいて

きな）も皆に説明します。

As all of you have known, my presentation topic is "Century Eggs". At the

beginning of the presentation, I will tell you what a century egg is. Then, I

will discuss the ways of eating century eggs in different places. For example,

the people in Taiwan have their own way of eating. Meanwhile in China, they also

have their own way of eating century eggs.

Next, I will explain to you the ways of making century eggs, both the traditional

and modern ways.
